Jazz vs. the Clippers - the Heartbreak game.

Sheila got tickets to the Jazz vs. Clippers game last week.
Two of them went to us, while two went to Jen and Cory.

Now before we got all settled...
I had to make a stop at the ice cream station.
I went with the cookie batter frozen yogurt
packed with lots of fruit, and then of course chocolate and caramel.
It was really really good.

You know, when it comes to being a good fan--
Jen does not disappoint. She came all decked out in a Jazz jersey,
and Jazz earrings to boot! I didn't even know they made those!
Rumor has it she raided her daughter Brookie's closet
 for the above mentioned items.

So the game. It was a heart-breaker.
107-105 for the Clippers.
One of those games that is close enough to hold onto hope
 until the very last second--
but in the end, their best efforts just weren't good enough.
I'm talking three points not good enough.

On a more light-hearted note...
We observed a very watchful usher
kick four groups of people out of the seats in front of us.
We watched as each group looked around,
filed into the seats, and were promptly asked to show their tickets.
One after another, they were all sent back to their original seats.
Then the real ticket holders showed up at the end of the 3rd quarter.
Right when things got tough.

Another note would be that when things did get tough,
and Jenny and I were having "too much fun laughing,"
We were told by our husbands to pay attention to the game {we were!}
and then we were banned from talking until the game was over.

The last and final item of importance,
and it is very important...
would be that Jen had a goal for the evening.
That goal was to get on the jumbo-tron.
At any and all costs.
She busted some major moves to get on that thing,
and was featured on the  "Disco Cam" segment of the night.
Disco may not be her first choice in dance genres,
but it got her on the big screen, and boy was she happy.

See for yourself:
