Roseola

If you look closely around Pearl's age,

 that she's emblazoned on her hand...

you'll see some tiny red dots.

They are all over her tummy,

 back, arms, legs, hands, and feet.

Now we know that the virus she had last week is Roseola,

 and it finishes out with a big fat rash.

At least we know it's almost over.
