It's as simple as this...

Flour-less Peanut Butter Cookies
{great for gluten intolerance.}

- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of vanilla

Mix it up.
 Roll into balls placed on UN-greased cookie sheet--
and criss-cross 'em. 
Bake them at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Devour a few,
then send the rest to work with your husband--
or else you're toast. 
 Peanut butter cookies don't come more 
delightfully peanut buttery than these.

I make these all the time. We love them with the kiss in the middle and you have to have a glass of milk.

Awesome! I'm glad you posted that! Do you guys have celiacs over there? If you have more EASY great recipes like that we would love to have them!
